Speaking of growth: what are your ambitions and how would you like to advance your career? We are happy to discuss your career wishes with you. If it contributes to your personal or professional growth, any education or training is negotiable. We also offer:
- A higher salary than stipulated in the collective labour agreement. We include a salary range in our vacancies.
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV (working time reduction) hours, so you can take time off to relax when you need to.
- 8% holiday allowance. You can choose how you want to receive that allowance. You can opt to receive your holiday allowance all at once, as is commonly done, or in two or twelve instalments for a nice bonus every (six) month(s).
