Have a Safe Day

Workplace safety is second nature for us. Not only because it is a must in order to meet the high-quality standards of the demanding food & pharma sector, but also because we want our colleagues and the clients where they work to go home safely at the end of each day. With our Have a Safe Day programme, we make sure that all Flowfirm colleagues are mindful of the risks they encounter in the workplace.

Safety first on the work floor: Have a Safe Day!

We work safely - or not at all. Everyone at Flowfirm thoroughly understands the importance of workplace safety. From their very first day, we raise our colleagues' safety awareness with our Have a Safe Day programme.

Safety awareness

By carefully considering the risks and by taking the right preventative measures before we begin our work, we minimise the risk of physical injuries and damage. Our goal? Zero incidents! At Flowfirm, safety awareness means that all colleagues:

  • know and understand the legal and company rules and can apply these in practice;
  • react appropriately in the event of a (potentially) dangerous situation or unsafe conduct;
  • are open to feedback from colleagues and partners;
  • have all the tools they need to work safely;
  • have the Flowfirm Safety Pocket, the pocket-sized reference work that covers all aspects of workplace safety, behaviour and the environment.

Going the extra mile for health, safety, the environment and quality

It is not enough for us to comply with legal and company rules. We like to go the extra mile. For example, our HSEQ specialist ensures that health, safety, the environment and quality are embedded in everything we do. They also serve as the point of contact for our management, our colleagues and our clients for anything related to these themes. Additionally, we offer our colleagues education and training in the broad field of HSEQ. Lastly, we share and discuss - in an open and positive manner - any incident in which more attention should have been paid to health, safety, the environment or quality. This allows us to learn from each other and continuously improve our methods.
